Sales Associates
You are the face of Arc’s Value Village to our shoppers and donors. You are friendly, enthusiastic and have high quality customer service and public relations skills. Part time positions are frequently available. Accurately ring customer sales, assist donors, price and stock merchandise, and keep our sales floor organized and full of Great Stuff & Great Values! If you’ve got a smile and “hello” for everyone who comes your way, you may enjoy being a part of Arc’s Value Village sales team!
Production Associates
It takes keen eyes and a knowledge of quality goods to work on our production team. You might sort, tag, or price donations. Your understanding of apparel and hard goods means that quality donations make it to our sales floor in a well-priced and timely manner. You are on your feet and moving constantly throughout your shift. Your diligence and ability to meet hourly production goals and quotas make you a perfect candidate for a production position at Arc’s Value Village.
Donation Center Associate
It takes a lot of energy and persistence to make it on the Donation Center team at Arc’s Value Village. In the Donation Center department, you’ll assist Arc’s Value Village donors with their donations as they drive up and drop off bags and boxes. You’re quick to smile and help and say thank you, thank you! And then you’re on the move, starting those donations on their journey. You are lifting and moving all day, so being able to consistently lift heavy boxes and bags is a must. There’s always a lot to do at Arc’s Value Village, and it all starts with the Donation Center: baling rags, recycling garbage, breaking down boxes, hauling donation carts, loading trucks, and helping Arc’s Value Village volunteers and staff with whatever they need. Store Management
Each Arc’s Value Village store has a Management Team at the helm, providing strategic planning and daily operational guidance & support that translates our vision into reality. Arc’s Value Village isn’t the Twin Cities’ Best Thrift Store by accident. Managers, Assistant Managers and Supervisors hold themselves and the Arc’s Value Village team to incredibly high standards. They are professional, competent, loyal, reliable, smart, creative, and willing to work as long and hard as needed to get the job done.
