THANK YOU, VOLUNTEERS!
Many thanks to everyone who supported us on MLK Day 2016! Nearly 300 volunteers gave 890 hours of their time on this day helping to unpack, sort and tag donations and stock our sales floor!
In addition, thank you for your donations of canned goods for the Arc’s Value Village food drive January 16-18. Over 3 days we collected 442 lbs of food for our community partner, Second Harvest Heartland!

It’s easy and fun to volunteer at Arc’s Value Village! More than 4,000 people volunteer with us every year. We have the following shifts available for individuals or groups:
- 9 am to noon
- 1 pm to 4 pm
- 4 pm to 6 pm
- 6 pm to 8 pm
Help us sort, organize and get items ready for sale. You’ll be unpacking donations; hanging and tagging clothes; putting price stickers on books, dishes and other hard goods; testing small appliances to make sure they work, and more.
Volunteering with us is fun! We welcome:
- Church, community or service groups
- Businesses and corporate groups
- Youth who need to fulfill school or church volunteer requirements
Bring your friends – or make new friends!
Fun and Flexible
We’re open 7 days a week and we need your help. Many shifts and opportunities are available. You’ll have our sincere thanks – and the thanks of thousands of people with developmental disabilities and their families who depend on the programs you’ll help support.
Giving back to your community has never been so easy and enjoyable! We have volunteers who give us 100 hours a year, and others who give us 5. We’re thankful for every single one of them.
Our valued volunteers truly are the hands and hearts of Arc’s Value Village. So come “boogie in the backroom” or “samba on the sales floor” with us!
